Start your weekend in the best way! This class includes strength, stretching, breathing, balance and relaxation, always with adaptations making the class suitable for beginners. We will explore mindfulness and meditation as a way of reconnecting with ourselves and you’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Class is drop-in and everybody is welcome regardless of experience.
