Our Post-Natal yoga workshop aims to support mums who are recently recovering from childbirth or who have had a baby in the past year or two.
Whatever kind of birth you have experienced, the transition from being pregnant to being a mother is an enormous and rapid change at both a physical and spiritual dimension.
We know you are exhausted! During this workshop we’ll aim to revitalise you, to offer you some gentle and accessible spinal movements. We’ll show you postural re-adjustments to counteract shoulder hunching from all that infant and car seat carrying and help you build strength through the lower back, abdomen and pelvic walls.
Lisa M from Blossoms Baby Yoga will be here to help with your babies so do bring them along! You don’t need to have any yoga experience.
We’ll end with some relaxation, tea and cake. Cost £15. We still have a few spaces left. Please email us to book.
